Timothy Lim foray in the architectural profession began in 1984 as an apprentice Architectural Assistant. His creative flair lead him to progress as a much sought after architectural designer/illustrator. He has worked with various architectural practices as well as property developing companies heading the areas of conceptual and creative designs. His passion in attaining further understanding of design and architecture paved his pursuit to graduate with both Bachelor of Science, Housing Building & Planning (Hon) and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from University Sains Malaysia in 2001.

Spanning near 30 years in the architectural profession, he has handled various multitudes of development content mixes ranging from residentials, commercials, hotels to townships and master plans. However, his continuing drive and search for architectural excellence in creative design remains his true passion; challenging himself to design sensitively for the people towards the ever changing environment.
