Anthony graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and began practising at SAA Partnership in Singapore.

Anthony was made Associate Architect in SAA in 1993. He returned to his home-town Penang in 1994 and joined with a local practice leading the works of a Resorts Golf Course development in Penang island and other varied disciplines of architecture such as city hotel accommodation, medical centre, motor show rooms, high rise residential & commercial urban infill developments.
