Jocelyn Tan Sin Peng

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Jocelyn Tan graduated from the Federal Institute of Technology, Kuala Lumpur in the year 1987. She has worked with various local architectural practices before joining HDA. 

Indeed, she carries with her a remarkable 20 over years of experience from works of producing technical drawings as well as building specifications to liaison with local authorities.

Her expertise and knowledge of local governing procedures and regulations is key in successfully seeking the respective authorities approval for the firm and clients.

In her portfolio experience, she has handled and produced master planning of industrial estates, townships and housing schemes running well over ten of thousands of units throughout the Northern Corridor of Malaysia mainly in the States of Kedah, Perak, Seberang Perai and Penang.
