The principal, Dato’ Ooi Sian Hian was trained at University Of Adelaide, South Australia and later gained his apprenticeship with an Australian architectural practice.

His experiences widened when he left the practice and seek knowledge and expertise working with a major Construction firm in areas of residential, commercial and public housing.

Upon his return to Malaysia in 1986, he entered employment with an Australian based development and construction company in Kuala Lumpur.  His involvements were in the areas of designing and supervision for the construction of public housing townships.

He joined a local practice in Penang in 1988 and was principally involved in the planning of micro and macro residential townships and industrial parks within Penang, Seberang Perai and Taiping.

His continuing drive for interchange of architectural knowledge and excellence has paved inroads for the firm in areas of community and recreational facilities projects as well as in the resort developments.
